Work study is a part-time job program that lets you earn money to help with expenses while you’re in school. Positions are available on campus and in the community.
The Federal Work-Study (FWS) program provides part-time jobs for students who demonstrate need, according to the results from their FAFSA. The federal government provides limited funding for the OTC Federal Work-Study program. Ozarks Tech fills the positions through an interview process. We encourage students to apply early if they have an interest in this program.
The current wage for Federal Work Study positions at OTC is $13.80 per hour. Federal Work Study wages are subject to approval by Human Resources.
How to get started
- Complete the FAFSA for the academic year you wish to be considered.
- Only enrolled students are eligible for work study.
- Submit a Work Study Assignment Request to see if you are eligible.
