Eagle Access is a digital college ID you can access from your smartphone.
Your Eagle Access card is your key to experiences around the Ozarks Tech campus. Your digital card serves as both your official college ID and your way to pay for things across campus.
On-Campus Use
Use Eagle Access anywhere you are required to provide your Ozarks Tech ID number (except student printers/copiers):
- Library
- Academic Services
- Fitness Center
- Eagle Breakfast
- Eagle Store (Ozarks Tech’s bookstore)
- Student Events
Financial Transactions
There are two types of accounts you can add money to:
Beak Bucks
Beak Bucks may be used for on-campus transactions. Beak Bucks can be used to pay for books, supplies and dining options at the Eagle Store or on-campus dining options in The U.
Dining Dollars
Dining Dollars may be used for dining options in The U. For every deposit made to your Dining Dollars account, you receive a 5% bonus. Dining Dollars may only be used to purchase meals in The U food court.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! You can present your Eagle Access card anywhere in the community where they request a student ID for discounts and promotions.
Parents, grandparents, other family members or any other trusted individuals can add funds to your account if you provide them with Guest Access.
- If you continue to take classes at Ozarks Tech, the funds remaining on your Eagle Access card at the end of the semester will be available on your card the following semester unless otherwise stated below.
- Transaction history is available to the account holder 7 days/week, 24 hours/day, via the Eagle Access card portal.
- If you are a student leaving Ozarks Tech because you’re graduating, withdrawing or transferring to another institution, or an employee whose employment is ending, you will need to request a refund of any funds remaining on your card within 12 months of your separation.
- If you owe the college any money at the time of your request, the funds remaining on your Eagle Access card will first be applied to unpaid tuition and fees.
- If you do not request a refund for funds remaining on your Eagle Access card within 12 months of leaving Ozarks Tech, a check minus an administrative fee will be mailed to the address on file with the college and/or will be turned over to the State Treasurer’s Office as unclaimed property.

Your government ID is strictly used for photo identification purposes and is deleted from the system after your photo is approved. For additional information please refer to the Privacy Policy.
If you see an unauthorized charge on your account, please reach out to Ozarks Tech Help Desk for assistance.
If you find a lost physical card, please turn it in to an Ozarks Tech faculty or staff member.
Unauthorized use of an Eagle Access card other than one’s own constitutes fraudulent activity. Knowing misuse of any card also constitutes fraudulent activity. Such activity will be investigated, is punishable by law, and may result in loss of card privileges.
