To access your Eagle Access card, you must upload a photo and provide your official government ID to prove your identity. If you do not have an ID or do not have access to a smartphone to upload a photo, you may have your photo taken at the information Technology Service Center on the Springfield Campus. If you do not attend the Springfield Campus, contact the IT Help Desk for options.

Step 1: Upload Photo Online

Using your Ozarks Tech username and password, login to the photo submission website to upload your photo. Before continuing, make sure your camera access is enabled on your browser.

Email Approval

A notice will be sent to your Ozarks Tech email address once your photo submission has been approved. This may take up to 2-3 days. Do not continue to step 2 until you have received your approval email.

If your submission is denied, the reason for denial will be provided and you may submit another photo.

Photo Requirements and Guidelines

Before you take your photo, make sure all of the following are met: 

  • Stand in front of a plain, lightcolored wall with no pictures or objects visible. 
  • Use bright, even lighting so there are no shadows on your face. 
  • Position the camera at eye level. 
  • Face the camera directly with both eyes open. 
  • Frame the photo from shoulders to the top of your head. 
  • Ensure the photo is clear and in focus. 
  • If wearing glasses, make sure there is no glare on the lenses. 
  • Remove any extra items, including headphones, earbuds, hats, beanies, sunglasses or similar accessories. 

  • Hair covering part of the face.
  • Hands near or touching the face.
  • Camera not positioned at eye level.
  • Face tilted or not fully visible.
  • Other people or objects in the photo.
  • Glare on glasses.
  • Poor lighting or low image quality.
  • Full body photos (head and shoulders only).
  • Inappropriate facial expressions.
  • Hats, beanies, earbuds or headphones visible.
  • A photo of a printed or digital photo.

Step 2: Download the Atrium Campus Connect App

Download the Atrium app from the appropriate download link.

Step 3: Set Up Your Eagle Access Card

Login to the Atrium Campus Connect app using your Ozarks Tech student email address. Your card will be automatically loaded to your profile.
