Jump into the world of advanced manufacturing and tech careers through hands-on experiences, guest speakers and tours of Springfield area manufacturing sites.
Dive into the world of Industry 4.0 and robotics in the four-day automation and robotics camp. Students will get hands on experience with advanced manufacturing, cybersecurity, and IT trends and careers. Students leave with a basic knowledge of robotics, and understand how automation, cybersecurity and manufacturing are integrated into the local workforce.
Camp Details
- When: June 8 – 11 from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Where: Ozarks Tech Springfield Campus in the Robert W. Plaster Center for Advanced Manufacturing.
- Who can attend:
- Middle school students entering grades 7-8
- High school students entering grades 9-12
- Registration Cost: $50 – the registration fee includes:
- All supplies and materials
- Lunches for each day of camp
- Transportation to industry tours
- Camp t-shirt
