At the PC Repair Clinic, trained student technicians provide quality, fast customer service. Services range from virus removal to screen repairs, at a much lower cost than most repair shops. Plus, your purchase helps fund opportunities and scholarships for students.

Services and Fees

The PC Repair Clinic does not repair tablets, game consoles, mobile devices or printers. Some Apple repairs may be completed.

Full Service

Community – $80
Ozarks Tech students and staff – $60

Includes:

• System diagnosis and optimization

• Hardware install/remove (parts are extra)

Additional Services

• Data backup/Transfer: $35
  • You provide the media (flash drive, DVDs, external hard drive, or another PC)
• Microsoft Office or other software installations:$15
  • This does not include a license for Microsoft Office software or other paid software packages
• Repair Diagnosis: $15
• Custom built PC: Listed price plus price of your choice of components
  • Ozarks Tech Students and Staff: $60
  • Community: $80
  • If not an Ozarks Tech student, staff, faculty or U.S. veteran but have an “.edu” email address: $70

Software Recommendations

Maintain your system’s performance by downloading and running regularly MalwareBytes (Anti-Malware) and CCleaner (Registry Optimization and System Cleaner). By running these free software programs a couple of times a month, you’ll be able to prevent most performance problems from occurring.

Windows Security Center

This highly rated anti-virus is built into Windows 10 and above and uses low resources, which makes this ideal for most users. It also scans and updates automatically in the background, so you don’t need to do anything.

Unchecky

Tired of unchecking unrelated offers while installing software? This program automatically helps to ‘uncheck’ most of these boxes for you.

Note: The noted software are great products, but they have pop-ups, ask you to pay for premium service, and require special settings so we no longer install these but still use them extensively.
