Stay connected and complete your coursework wherever you are. EagleTech loans short-term technology to currently enrolled Ozarks Tech students.

How It Works

Any student enrolled in the current semester may borrow:

Devices are available for 14-day checkouts and can be renewed based on demand and availability. Because supplies are limited, requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requesting a Device

To get started, complete the request form.

If devices are checked out, you’ll be added to a waitlist and notified by email when one becomes available. When your device is ready, it will be held for three business days.

Picking Up and Returning Devices

Devices must be checked out and returned to the same Ozarks Tech campus during regular operating hours.
Bring a valid photo ID (Ozarks Tech ID or driver’s license).

If you can’t come to campus due to circumstances such as hospitalization, you may arrange for a proxy—for example, a parent or partner—to pick up materials on your behalf.

To do this:

  1. Contact Eagle Tech staff in advance to explain your situation.
  2. Your proxy must bring their own photo ID and a written authorization from you.
  3. During pickup, you’ll need to be available for a brief video call with Eagle Tech staff.

Responsibilities and Holds

Students are responsible for returning devices on time and in good condition.

Failure to return or replace an EagleTech device will result in a registration or transcript hold, and you may be charged replacement costs.
