See how your transfer credit applies toward your degree at Ozarks Tech.

Once your transcripts are received and evaluated, you can view your Transfer Evaluation Report in MyOTC. This report shows what courses you completed at other schools and how those courses transfer into OTC credit.

How to view your report

  1. Log into MyOTC.
  2. Select the Transfer Evaluation box on the main page.

Understanding Your Report

The Transfer Evaluation Report shows more than just completed courses. It also lists high school transcripts, pending evaluations, and credits that may need review. Understanding these details helps you know where you stand in the transfer process.

High school transcripts are included in the list, but they are not evaluated for transfer credit.

This means either your transcript hasn’t been received or it has not yet been evaluated. Each time OTC receives a transcript (high school or college), you’ll get an email to your OTC student email. You can also check evaluation timelines on the Transfer Credit website.

Yes. If a course doesn’t appear as expected, you can request a reevaluation for credits from both regionally accredited and non-regionally accredited institutions. Evaluation timelines are available on the Transferring Credits from Another College page.

If you completed an AP, CLEP, IB, or other test that OTC does not currently award credit for, appeals go through the Dean of the college and must be approved by the Provost.

Contact your Admissions Counselor or Navigator for more information on appealing credit by exam.

You will receive an email to your Ozarks Tech student email account with a link to your evaluation each time an evaluation has been completed. Because not all credits may be posted at once, you may want to check back in a few days to confirm your full number of transferred credit hours.
