Continue your college journey at Ozarks Tech

Whether you’ve taken college classes before, or gained experience through work or military service, Ozarks Tech can help you apply those credits toward your degree.

How to get started

How to get started

Step 1: Apply for admission

When you apply, you’ll identify what type of student you are:

  • Transfer students have completed courses at another college or university. You’ll work directly with a college navigator to review transcripts, plan your schedule, and finalize payment or financial aid.
  • Adult learners with professional or military experience can request an evaluation to see what prior learning may count for college credit.

Step 2: Send your transcripts

The application will help you submit your previous college transcripts, high school transcript or GED/HiSET record.

Step 3: Apply for financial aid & scholarships

Fill out the FAFSA to be considered for financial aid, grants and scholarships. Don’t forget to list Ozarks Tech’s school code, 030830, so we can receive your information. Your student success team member is here to help you through the process.

After you submit your FAFSA, consider applying for scholarships.
