Ozarks Tech Fresh Harvest

From Farm to Campus: Free Produce for All Students

Every Wednesday from midsummer through October, Fresh Harvest brings up to 300 pounds of student-grown vegetables from the Ozarks Tech Richwood Valley Campus straight to the Springfield Campus students. Just walk up and grab what you need in the Jared Family Atrium from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. No registration—just fresh, free produce. Take what you need or try something new.

This program is all about supporting your well-being. It’s a collaboration between OTC Cares, Agriculture, and Culinary students, and it’s designed to make healthy food more accessible. Plus, Culinary students provide easy recipe cards to help you cook with ingredients you might not be familiar with.
