Fall & Spring Picnic Vendors

External vendors are welcome to inquire about the Ozarks Tech picnics. The semi-annual picnics are a celebration of our students and the Ozarks Tech community. The picnics take place every fall and spring.

• Friday, August 28, 2026 | Not open to external vendors | Springfield Campus  
• Monday, September 14, 2026 | 11 am – 1 pm | Waynesville Center 
• Wednesday, September 16, 2026 | 11 am – 1 pm | Table Rock Campus 
• Wednesday, September 16, 2026 | 11 am – 1 pm | Republic Center 
• Thursday, September 17, 2026 | 11 am – 1 pm | Lebanon Center 
• Thursday, September 17, 2026 | 10:30 am – 1 pm | Richwood Valley Campus 

Picnic Vendors

Things to know for external vendors: 

• Not all picnics are open to external vendors.  

• Vendors MUST register with or contact EACH campus that they would like to attend. Registration varies for each location. (i.e. Ozzy the Eagle wants to attend Springfield, Table Rock and Lebanon picnics. Ozzy would email the contacts listed for Springfield, Table Rock, and Lebanon). 

• Registration does not guarantee a spot at the picnic since space is limited.
