Your cost depends on where you live and the type of course you take. Tuition is charged by credit hour and organized into three tiers. Additional required fees apply each semester, and some programs and courses have added costs. Refunds are available if you drop a class by the published deadlines.

Refunds

To receive a refund of tuition and fees, you must officially drop or withdraw by the published deadlines. Once the semester begins, student account credit balances are reviewed for eligibility and processed within 30 days of appearing on your account. Refunds are sent according to your chosen OTC SmartCard preference. Financial aid refunds follow separate disbursement rules and schedules.

Payment Responsibility

When you register for classes, you’re agreeing to pay tuition and fees. To finish registration, you have to sign up for My Payment Plan that same day. If your bill isn’t paid, it may be sent to collections and you won’t be able to sign up for future classes.
