Inceptia’s friendly customer representatives may reach out to you at two milestones:
- During your grace period (after you graduate or are no longer enrolled half-time) to answer any questions you have about your federal loans.
- If your federal loan(s) become delinquent (you missed a payment).
Inceptia is not a collection agency. We’ve partnered with them to help you explore a wide variety of possibilities such as alternative repayment plans, deferment, consolidation, discharge, forgiveness and forbearance options. Inceptia will help you find solutions.
