There are over 100 scholarships to apply for at Ozarks Tech and most are awarded based on academic merit or financial need.
Every year, more than a thousand Ozarks Tech students receive scholarships that reduce or even fully cover the cost of classes. One application puts you in the running for both Foundation scholarships (supported by donors) and Institutional scholarships (provided by the college).
Awards often consider academic performance, financial need, program of study, and your personal story. Current and prospective students can apply.
Application Periods
- Fall and Summer Semesters: February 1 – June 1
- Spring: September 1 – November 1
Award Announcements
- Fall: Decisions sent by July 15
- Spring: Decisions sent by December 21
- Summer: Decisions sent by July 1
HiSET Transition Scholarship
If you recently completed the HiSET, you may qualify for an additional scholarship opportunity. This application is separate from the main scholarship form. If you want to be considered for all other scholarships, complete the general application.
Qualifications
- Earned a high school equivalency diploma (HiSET) within the past twelve (12) months
- First-time college student

Most scholarships are sent directly to Ozarks Tech and applied to your student account after the semester begins.
If you receive a scholarship check made out to Ozarks Tech, submit it to Student Account Services so it can be added to your account.
