Learn to recognize mental health challenges and help those around you — free food

Do you know what to do if someone you love is experiencing anxiety or depression? Do you know how to recognize mental health challenges in those around you so that you can point them in the direction of help and support?

Engage OTC wants to give you the skills you need to be able to intervene in these harmful situations and keep our campus and community safer. Please join us for a fun one-hour “Deep Dive” where you will learn more about how to recognize mental health challenges, learn some specific ways to intervene in these situations, and find some resources for who can help. Connect with your peers, engage in some activities, and enjoy FREE food!
