Be among the first to explore the brand-new student union at the Ozarks Tech Springfield Campus. Tour the three-story building and get a taste of everything The U has to offer.
What to Expect
The grand opening will take place August 12 at 1 p.m., starting with formal remarks and a ribbon cutting. Afterwards, take a tour or peruse each floor at your leisure to discover everything The U has to offer, including:
- Participate in a free-throw contest or help break in our new walking track at the Fitness Center
- Browse the brand-new Eagle Store and snag a piece of fall merch
- Check out the Academic Resource Center (ARC) and learn about the support available to students.
- Sample food vendors from the food court
- Enjoy the view from the third-floor patio while sipping a free, craft mocktail
Parking Instructions
- Follow the flag markers down National Ave. and Pythian St. to enter campus from N. Hampton Ave. At the four-way stop turn left, then take the first right to enter Lot H, or continue straight to turn left into Lot I. Parking attendants will be posted to help navigate traffic into parking lots.
- From Lot H or Lot I, walk west towards the front (south) side of the Information Commons to find the event site. Volunteers will be available to help direct you from the parking area.
