The Michael L. Parson Student Union (The U) brings together everything you need to make the most of campus life. From tutoring and academic support to fun and fitness, The U is home key resources to help you thrive in and out of the classroom.

Key Features

As a commuting student, you can make the most of your time on campus. The U gives you a place to grab a bite, recharge between classes and connect with other students.

Academic Resource Center (ARC)

Located on the third floor, the ARC is home to several academic resources. Utilize the study spaces, including group study rooms, find the perfect source in library or schedule a tutoring session to strengthen your understanding of course materials or prepare for an exam.

Health and Wellness

The state-of-the-art Fitness Center spans two floors and has options for every fitness goal. Stop in between classes to utilize the wide variety of workout equipment, sign up for a group fitness class or join an intramural sport to get active while building connections on campus.

Food Court

Find a variety of dining options to keep you fueled between classes. The food court offers options ranging from coffee and baked goods to sushi and pizza. Stop in early for free Eagle Breakfast or swing by before your evening class to grab dinner.

Eagle Store

Stop in the Eagle Store to find everything you need to be prepared for class. As an authorized Apple reseller, the Eagle Store offers Apple products in addition to textbooks, supplies, apparel and on-the-go snack options. You can also sell eligible used textbooks to the Eagle Store through the buyback program.
