The Archives and Special Collections include print materials, photographs, publications, and artifacts that require special storage and care because of their condition or historical value. Items are not available for checkout but may be viewed by appointment in the Hamra Library.

What You’ll Find
The Ozarks Tech Archives and Special Collections preserve materials related to the college’s history, including:
- The Eagle (student newspaper, 1995–2011) — first issue published April 27, 1995
- College catalogs and graduation programs
- Newspaper clippings and photographs
- Historical and classroom documents
- Memorabilia such as pins, hats, T-shirts, and banners
- The Ozarks Tech Time Capsule (25th Anniversary, sealed December 10, 2015)
How Materials Are Organized
All items are securely stored in the Hamra Library on the Springfield campus.
Collections are maintained in archival boxes and files, and inventory records are available upon request.
Requests to view specific items are reviewed individually and may be limited by copyright restrictions.
Using Materials in Publications
When using materials from the Ozarks Tech Archives and Special Collections, please include the credit line:
“Used by permission of Ozarks Tech Library.”
Copies of any publications that include information or images from the collection are appreciated for archival purposes.
