If Ozarks Technical Community College cancels a short-term course, a full (100%) refund will be issued.
If a student needs to withdraw from or switch a course, they must notify us at least ten (10) business days before the course begins. Requests made within ten business days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are issued through Nelnet and sent to your My Refunds designation. If you have not set up My Refunds, a check will be mailed to you. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
