Integrated Education and Training (IET) classes help adults build basic reading, math or English skills at the same time they are learning a specific trade or earning a job certification. Class sessions are offered at the Springfield Campus. Read information below to register for an orientation and begin your class.

Eligibility

Who can enroll in IET classes?

To be eligible for IET classes, you must be a Missouri resident of at least 17 years of age or older and not enrolled in secondary school/college. If under 18 years of age, you must provide a letter from the principal of the last school you attended stating your withdrawal from high school. The letter should include the last date of your attendance and permission statement to take the IET test. You must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Orientation and Pre-testing

You must attend both orientation dates to be eligible for the class. 

  • June 9 and 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Graff Hall, Room 123

Session Information

The next 8-week session begins June 23 and ends on August 13.
