Join Psyched! for the first meeting of the semester and explore the basics of positive psychology with co-advisors Ms. Miller and Dr. Martin.
Learn how positive psychology can shape the way we think, approach everyday life and understand the field of psychology. Participants will also put these ideas into practice through a Positive Notes Project activity focused on encouragement and connection.
