Train Skilled Talent While Building Your Workforce
Apprenticeships give you a direct way to develop employees who learn on the job while completing structured classroom and lab training. These programs blend paid, productive work with technical instruction, creating a talent pipeline that grows with your organization.
How Apprenticeships Work
Most apprenticeship programs last one to four years. You select and hire the apprentice, provide the on-the-job training, and determine wage progression. While you guide their daily work, Ozarks Tech delivers the related technical instruction through existing courses or custom-built curriculum.
If you are developing a new apprenticeship, start with the USDOL Office of Apprenticeship or Apprenticeship Missouri. Once your occupations are identified, a member of our team can help align training with college programs or design new coursework to meet your needs.

Thinking about becoming an apprentice?
Apprenticeships let you earn wages, gain experience, and build technical skills at the same time. Many programs have little to no out-of-pocket cost, and you may earn credit toward a certificate or associate degree. Ozarks Tech partners with employers in Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, Concrete Worker, Manufacturing, Construction Craft Laborer, Lather, and Plater apprenticeships.
