Reserve a Room or Space on Campus
You can request to use Ozarks Tech buildings or outdoor areas for approved events.
College spaces are primarily for college programs and operations, but some rooms and common areas are available to community groups and partners when requests meet the requirements and support the college’s mission.
When you might reserve a space
Use campus rooms and common areas for:
- Meetings, trainings, or workshops
- Community presentations or information sessions
- Student and employee-focused activities coordinated with a department
Note: Spaces are scheduled based on availability and suitability for your event type.
What you can’t reserve space for
To protect safety, property, and normal college operations, some activities are not allowed. Examples include (but aren’t limited to):
- Activities that create safety or security risks
- Events that violate law or college policy
- Commercial sales or fundraising without prior approval
- Events that disrupt classes or offices (e.g., excessive noise, blocking hallways)
- Activities inconsistent with the college’s mission
- Alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, or hazardous materials
See the full policy for complete details before you submit a request.

- Contact Scheduling: Send your request with all details. We’ll confirm availability, fees (if any), and next steps.
