You can request to use Ozarks Tech buildings or outdoor areas for approved events.

College spaces are primarily for college programs and operations, but some rooms and common areas are available to community groups and partners when requests meet the requirements and support the college’s mission.

How to request a room or space

  1. Review requirements: Make sure your event aligns with college policy and operating hours.
  2. Prepare your details: Date(s), time(s), headcount, room setup, and equipment needs.
  3. Contact Scheduling: Send your request with all details. We’ll confirm availability, fees (if any), and next steps.
  4. Complete the form: Once approved by scheduling, all non-college users must submit a Common Area Agreement.

Spaces are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation.
