Once you graduate, we’ll mail your diploma and give you permanent access to a free digital version.

When to Expect Your Printed Diploma

Once you apply for graduation, we’ll verify your coursework and mail your printed diploma about 6 to 8 weeks after your final term ends. It will be sent to the mailing address on file with Ozarks Tech.

Your printed diploma is a ceremonial document. If you need to verify your degree or certificate—for employment, transfer, or other official purposes—request an official transcript instead.

Didn’t Receive Your Diploma?

There are a few common reasons:

• Diplomas take time to print—please allow several weeks.
• If your mailing address has changed, it may have been returned.
• If you’re unsure whether you graduated, check with the Registrar’s Office.

If you did not receive your diploma within 8 weeks after graduation, please contact the Registrar’s Office to check the status of your diploma.

Free Digital Diplomas

Ozarks Tech now offers free digital diplomas through our partner, Parchment. A digital diploma is a certified PDF version of your printed diploma, secured with a Blue Ribbon Security Certificate.

Digital diplomas are issued in addition to your printed diploma.

Your digital diploma matches your printed one exactly, including the fonts, layout, school seal, and official signatures.

How to Access Your Digital Diploma

When your digital diploma is ready, you’ll get an email from Parchment with steps to:

1. Click the link in the email
2. Create a Parchment account and set a password
3. Access your diploma
   • View online
   • Download as a secure PDF
   • Share on LinkedIn, Facebook, or with employers using a verified link

You’ll have permanent access through your Parchment account.

Can’t find the email with the link to your digital diploma? Contact the Registrar’s Office and we can resend it to you.

Graduated Before Digital Diplomas?

If you graduated before digital diplomas were first offered in Spring 2025, you can still request one:

• $10 – Digital diploma only
• $25 – Digital diploma and printed diploma (printed in-house; available for pickup in 3–4 weeks)

Lost your diploma? Order a duplicate through Parchment for $25, which includes both digital and printed copies. Use your Parchment account to submit a duplicate request.
