This orientation is designed to provide new Ozarks Tech faculty with the information and resources needed to be successful in the classroom from the first day of class. Ozarks Tech is dedicated to promoting teaching innovation and excellence that impacts student learning success.

- Identify faculty resources and support services
- Acclimate faculty to OTC culture, functions, and operations
- Provide instruction for required administrative processes and procedures

This orientation must be successfully completed within the first three weeks of your first teaching semester. Completion does not guarantee employment or a course assignment, but it is required to be considered for future teaching opportunities at Ozarks Tech.
