Order Your Prints
Use the form to send your project to the Ozarks Tech Print Shop. You’ll upload your file, tell us what you need, and receive an estimate with a timeline before we print.
What to Have Ready
Before you start the form, it helps to know:
- Your file – PDF is best. TIF, JPG, or EPS also work.
- Size and quantity – Final trim size, how many pieces you need, and whether it’s single- or double-sided.
- Paper and finishing – Paper or stock type, plus any finishing like folding, binding, laminating, or grommets.
- Deadline – The date you need your order.
- Pickup location – Which campus or location you want to pick up from.
Prepare Your File
A clean file helps your project print the way you expect. When possible:
- Export to CMYK. Prints use CMYK color. RGB or Pantone will convert and colors may shift slightly.
- Add bleed if color goes to the edge. Use a 1/8″ bleed and keep important text at least 1/8″ inside the trim.
- Use high-resolution images. Aim for 300 dpi for photos and graphics.
- Name your file clearly. Use a simple name like ProjectName_Final.pdf so it’s easy to match to your order.
If you’re not sure how to set this up, you can ask for design help or file fixes in the form.
Timeline, Pricing & Payment
After you submit your order:
- You’ll receive an estimate. We’ll share pricing and an estimated completion date based on your file, quantity, and finishing.
- Larger orders may take longer. Bulk, custom, or specialty jobs need more time than quick copy projects.
- You can compare quantities. If you’re flexible, ask us to quote a few different quantities so you can see price breaks.
- You can pay at pickup or by invoice. Invoices are available when needed—just choose the invoice option in the form.
If you have a hard deadline, submit your order early and note that date in the form so we can confirm what’s possible.
Design Help & File Fixes
You don’t have to be a designer to get a professional result.
- Need help with layout? For simple pieces like business cards or basic flyers, you can request design support in the form.
- Need small fixes? You can also allow minor file adjustments—such as adding bleed or resizing your project to fit a standard size.
If there’s a cost for design work or file fixes, it will appear in your estimate before you approve anything.
