- Radiographs: $10 – $35
- Adult Healthy Cleaning (age 13+): $40
- Adult Periodontal Cleaning: $60 – $180
- Periodontal Maintenance: $40
- Sealants: $5 per tooth
- Professional Whitening Trays w/gel: $75
- Therapeutic Trays: $25
- Mouth Guards: $15
- Oral Health Products: $10 – $15
The clinic does not offer the following restorative services: fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns, partials.

Payment is expected at the beginning of treatment. We accept credit/debit card and e-check payments.
We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, MC+, or file other insurances.

Sometimes. We’re a teaching clinic that provides preventive care. Because students must meet training needs, appointment slots are limited, so we may not be able to see you as often as you’d like. Please keep regular cleanings with your regular dentist. If you don’t have one, we can help you find a dentist in Springfield.
Usually. You’ll stay with the same student while they are in the program. If your student graduates, we’ll match you with another student. Your chart stays with the clinic so your care continues smoothly.
Yes, when needed. After your exam, we create a treatment plan with you. If anesthetic is needed, a licensed faculty member supervises while it’s given. We use local anesthetic. Nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”) is also available.
