Fuel up before class with free daily breakfast at every Ozarks Tech location. Just grab a meal in the morning and show your student ID.

Scallions

One of Springfield’s best kept secrets open on Thursday 11am – 1pm for service.  

A required course of the curriculum for Culinary & Hospitality of Ozarks Technical Community College. This student operated training restaurant is an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in a real-world environment.   

Operation of the restaurant varies based on student enrollment to meet staffing needs in the Spring and/or Fall semester each academic year.   

Our restaurant is located on the main campus of Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, Mo on the first floor of the Information Commons West – Room 108.  

Additional information on current menu, weekly specials, days of operation and reservations can be requested by email at [email protected].  When requesting reservations, please include the following information:

• Number of guests

Reservations are preferred as capacity can be limited.
