Check your unofficial transcript in myOTC, or request an official transcript if you are no longer a student.

What is an unofficial transcript?

An OTC unofficial transcript shows your transfer and institutional credit, grades, credit hours, and GPA. It looks similar to an official transcript but is not verified by the Registrar. Unofficial transcripts are for personal use only and are not accepted by employers or other colleges.

How to access your unofficial transcript

Current students

Log in to myOTC and open the Academics side menu. Select Unofficial Transcript from the expanded menu.

Former students

Unofficial transcripts are not available online. You may visit any OTC location with a photo ID to request a printed copy for free. If you cannot come in person, you must request an official transcript on Parchment.
