Letter of Non-Attendance

Students who were admitted to Ozarks Tech but never enrolled in any coursework can request a letter of non-attendance by completing the form below. Please note that this letter must be sent directly from Ozarks Tech to the institution requesting it. Most institutions treat this letter the same as they would an official college transcript and therefore will not accept it from the student.

Students can request a copy of this letter of non-attendance for their records.
