Student Record Management

Keep your student record up to date.

Your student record includes your personal details, academic status, and enrollment history. Keeping it accurate ensures you get important updates and that your information reflects your identity and progress.

Update Your Information

Most updates can be made in MyOTC → User Options, including:

• Preferred first name (under Personal Identity)
• Personal email address
• Mailing address
• Phone number
• Emergency contact information
• Proxy access
• Release of student records

If you do not have access to myOTC or are updating information not listed above, you may complete the Change of Student Information via DocuSign.
