How to Reserve a Study Room
Study rooms can be reserved in person at the library Service Desk.
Only actively registered students may make reservations.
To keep access fair for everyone:
- Reservations can only be made on the same day.
- Future-date reservations are not allowed.
- Each student may reserve a room for up to one hour per day.
- Reservations cannot be extended.
Room Types
- IC100A – Small glass study room (maximum 4 people)
Rules and Conduct
- Study rooms are available only during regular library hours.
- Rooms may be used on a first-come, first-served basis by students, faculty, staff, or community members, but actively registered students have priority and others may be asked to vacate.
- Reservations are considered no-shows after 10 minutes past the start time and will be cancelled.
- Study groups may not make multiple reservations under different member names. Violations may result in canceled reservations or temporary loss of room privileges.
- All users are expected to follow the Ozarks Tech Standards of Student Conduct. Violations may result in loss of study room access or other disciplinary action.
