About the Program

The High School Health Science program is a two-year program that for high school juniors and seniors offered through the Ozarks Tech Career Center.

During your first year in the program, you will get acquainted with college learning with prerequisite courses required for Ozarks Tech Health Service programs. You will also complete training to work as a CNA with over 100 clinical hours. This program is an approved as a nursing assistant training agency by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

The second year of the program you will further explore health care professions. Through clinical rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss career options with local professionals in your chosen area of interest.
