Amazon now pays for 100% of Amazon Employee’s tuition, fees, and books at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) through Amazon’s Career Choice program. Amazon program annual maximum limits apply. The Career Choice program offers:

Within Career Choice, select the “College” track and “Ozarks Technical Community College” as your school. Then follow the directions for College Payment Requests.
The Questions We Hear Most Often:
Employees who have worked at Amazon for as little as 90 days will be eligible for having their tuition, fees, and books fully paid; up to a maximum of $5,250 per year (part-time associates get up to $2,625) Career Choice is available to all full- and part-time blue badge employees. This includes all hourly non-exempt FC, CS, corporate, AWS, Amazon Fresh Stores, Amazon Books, Amazon 4-star, Amazon Pop Up, Amazon Go, and certain retail and eligible subsidiary associates. You must request your College Payment Requests through Amazon Career Choice.
Yes. You must submit Payment Requests within the Amazon Student Portal, which Ozarks Tech actively monitors for payments.
You can select any certificate or associate degree. Please work with an Ozarks Tech Career Consultant to select the right program for you.
Amazon pays 100% of your tuition, fees, and books within the annual maximum limits up to a maximum of $5,250 per year (part-time associates get up to $2,625). You will be responsible for paying any costs above the annual maximum. These are the most common fees. View the full list of fees. Most courses use open educational resources, so there will not be any additional cost for course materials, though certain courses do use materials that students must purchase. Please see the Schedule of Classes for more information.
Yes, Ozarks Tech accepts transfer credits from a variety of sources. Speak with your Ozarks Tech Career Consultant to determine how many of your credits will transfer to your program.
Yes, you may switch to any certificate or associate degree. Some credits may not transfer to your new program. Please speak with your Ozarks Tech Career Consultant about changing your program.
