DESCRIPTION:Game On! is a night of gaming at the Plaster Manufacturing Center (PMC). Play various Nintendo Switch games on the BIG screen with Esports\, join a tabletop game with the Tabletop Gaming Club\, or do your own thing with provided board games and puzzles. Have your own games or portable gaming systems? Bring them! We’ll be raffling off a Nintendo Switch 2 for one lucky student to take home! Students must be present to win and raffle entries close at 7:00 p.m. Game night wouldn’t be complete without pizza. Enjoy free pizza and soda throughout the event. \nAll Ozarks Tech students are welcome. No previous video game or board game experience is necessary. We’ll show you the ropes! Students are welcome to bring non-Ozarks Tech guests with them (friends\, family\, etc.). \nOnly Ozarks Tech students will be eligible for the Nintendo Switch raffle. Game On! starts at 5 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:Share your story at commencement as a student speaker! \nTwo student speakers will address approximately 5\,000 attendees at each of the Ozarks Tech commencement ceremonies. Commencement student speaker applications open on Feb. 2 and close on Feb. 27. \nGuidelines: The selected speaker will deliver a 3-5 minute address to this year’s graduates. The deadline to submit an application for the 2026 ceremony is Friday\, February 27. Finalists will present their speech to the Commencement Committee in late March and two student speakers will be selected by April 1. \nQualifications: \n\nApplicant must be receiving a degree or certificate from Ozarks Tech at the commencement ceremony.\nApplicant must have contributed to Ozarks Tech through campus and/or community activities and/or through their chosen field of study.\nApplicant must demonstrate public speaking ability and be willing to present their address to the Commencement Committee\, who will make final selection.
